	Policy Circulation Allocate staff to policy areas and Matterhorn will automatically notify them when new policies are created or existing policy documents are re-issued. Matterhorn automatically tracks when staff begin reading a document and requests sign-off from the staff member when they have finished.
	Tracking To maintain compliance it is vital that you are able to track which staff have read which documents. Matterhorn incorporates a full audit trail and allows you to run reports showing which staff have not signed-off which documents. You are also able to set up automated chasing protocols.
